Cancellation and Refund Policy

Wynnum Bayside Apartments

Cancellation more than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date

If a booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, 25% of the Total Amount is due and payable by the Visitor and retained from the Holding Deposit, the balance will be refunded.

 

Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date

If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date a refund will be available only for the re-let portion of your Booking.

 

The Property Manager will use best endeavours to re-let the property at the best rate to try and give you the maximum refund.

 

The Property Manager accepts no liability for your foreign exchange or transaction costs.

 

All Refunds are calculated in AUD at the nightly rate less a 10% booking fee and transaction costs.

 

Refunds are reversed to the payee account of the original transaction and may take up to 5 business days to appear on your statement.

 

Early Departure

In the event that a guest departs earlier than the dates initially booked, a refund will be available only for the re-let portion of your Booking, less the booking a 10% booking fee. The accommodation provider will make all endeavours to fill the cancelled dates.

 

Failure to arrive

A refund will be available only for the re-let portion of your Booking, less the booking a 10% booking fee. The accommodation provider will make all endeavours to fill the cancelled dates.

 

Amendment

Amendment to the dates of stay may be considered a cancellation for that booking, and the Cancellation and Refund policy will apply.
