If a booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, 25% of the Total Amount is due and payable by the Visitor and retained from the Holding Deposit, the balance will be refunded.

The Property Manager will use best endeavours to re-let the property at the best rate to try and give you the maximum refund.
The Property Manager accepts no liability for your foreign exchange or transaction costs.
All Refunds are calculated in AUD at the nightly rate less a 10% booking fee and transaction costs.
Refunds are reversed to the payee account of the original transaction and may take up to 5 business days to appear on your statement.

Excellent location, close to all amenities including Coles. Clean and updated environment. Secure parking was available and at no extra cost which is great. Rooms are large and living room id quite spacious. Great service from manager/owner as they are easily accessible if needed.
