Wynnum Bayside Apartments are within a few minutes walk of Wynnum’s local shopping precinct which offer a wide choice of cafes, coffee shops, bakeries and pubs. Community facilities such as public transport (train and bus routes), churches, medical, dental, chemists and library are clustered amongst the Wynnum shopping precinct.
Wynnum is at the mouth of the Brisbane river, 25 km from the Brisbane CBD. Wynnum is a lively, family friendly seaside suburb. Wynnum is mainly a residential suburb. The primary shopping areas of Wynnum are on Bay Terrace, Tingal Road and Glenora Street. Wynnum has a large variety of schools and playgroups, community parks and sports centres, including the Wynnum Golf Course. The main roads in the area are Wynnum Road, Tingal Road and Pine Street. Wynnum is connected to the CBD via the Cleveland railway line.
Wynnum includes the localities of Wynnum North and Wynnum Central. Tingal Hill and part of the low ridge that runs from Wynnum to Lota. The low ridge that runs from Wynnum to Lota is the only major protuberance on what is generally a coastal plain. Moreton Bay forms the eastern boundary and Wynnum Creek runs through the centre of the suburb.
Parkland extends along almost the entire foreshore of Wynnum and is a great place to have a picnic, watch the boats sail by and soak up the atmosphere of this bayside suburb.
A relaxing stroll along the Esplanade is a highlight of the area, as is the wading pool and the waterpark for the kids. The Wynnum North bird hide, where they can watch native birds feeding and resting and the Wynnum Mangrove Boardwalk are other favourites.

I LOVED staying here, the service was 5 star, I stayed for 4 weeks in the apartment for work and the location was brilliant, the place was very clean, highly recommend staying here for short or long term...great rates as well for long term!
This must be one of the nicest apartments that I have ever stayed in, anywhere! They are clean, airy and spacious and very close to the local amenities. The owners and staff are very approachable and take pride in their property, this is my go to place if I am on business, or otherwise, if I am in the Brisbane area. Well deserving of the 5 stars! Excellent location, close to all amenities including Coles. Clean and updated environment. Secure parking was available and at no extra cost which is great. Rooms are large and living room id quite spacious. Great service from manager/owner as they are easily accessible if needed.
